Abstract :
Intelligent Visual Perception Engine is an advanced computer vision–based system designed to enable machines to perceive, interpret, and understand visual information in a human-like manner. The system integrates image processing, deep learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to analyze visual scenes in real time. It focuses on tasks such as object detection, recognition, tracking, and scene understanding. The proposed engine aims to enhance accuracy, speed, and robustness under varying environmental conditions. Observer uses convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and vision transformers to extract meaningful features from images and videos. It supports intelligent decision-making by converting visual inputs into actionable insights. The system is applicable in surveillance, autonomous vehicles, healthcare, robotics, and smart cities. Noise reduction and adaptive preprocessing improve performance in low-light and complex backgrounds. Observer ensures scalability and modularity
